Best Easy Healthy Homemade Granola 

Ingredients

  • 7 c. Rolled Oatmeal
  • 3/4 c. Oat Bran
  • 2 c. Chopped nuts of choice more if you prefer
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 3/4 c. Coconut Oil
  • 1 c. Real Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250ºF 
  • In a large bowl mix dry ingredients
  • For wet ingredients, melt coconut oil in a pan than add maple syrup and mix
  • Add maple syrup and coconut oil mixture into dry ingredients and stir until well combined
  • Grab a sheet pan and spread an even layer of granola mixture onto the pan. (I personally use two baking sheets for this because I like to have a little more crunch, however, this is totally a personal choice.)
  • Baking time is 45 minutes: That being said, every 15 minutes you want to give the granola a good stirring.
  • Once finished you can use it immediately or store it in an airtight container. It can stay at room temperature.
