Preheat oven to 250ºF
In a large bowl mix dry ingredients
For wet ingredients, melt coconut oil in a pan than add maple syrup and mix
Add maple syrup and coconut oil mixture into dry ingredients and stir until well combined
Grab a sheet pan and spread an even layer of granola mixture onto the pan. (I personally use two baking sheets for this because I like to have a little more crunch, however, this is totally a personal choice.)
Baking time is 45 minutes: That being said, every 15 minutes you want to give the granola a good stirring.
Once finished you can use it immediately or store it in an airtight container. It can stay at room temperature.
