Ingredients
- 4 cups of Freshly Milled Soft White Wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 cup of honey
- 1 ½ cups of whole milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ cup of oil
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups of fresh blueberries
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix your flour, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.
- Next, in a large bowl, whisk together the milk, honey, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until there are little to no flour clumps.
- Fold in the blueberries.
